Local 1040 hosts Council 100 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Unitary Dispute Resolution System (UDRS) Training

The dispute resolution system was established by TSA under the TSA Administrator's Determination. The training is beneficial in providing union stewards with the knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and the TSA Unitary Dispute Resolution System (UDRS) in order to successfully represent Bargaining Unit Employees (BUE) of TSA in the process of dispute resolution. Stewards within the local are the backbone of the union, without union members becoming union stewards BUE would not receive the proper representation within the Agency. Congratulations to these 5 union members who recently completed this valuable training.
